By accessing, downloading, or using Mercury Mobility platform, you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may terminate your access immediately for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, repeated vehicle damage, non-payment, or safety concerns.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Contact support@mercurymobility.com with dispute details. We aim to respond within 15 business days.

Escalation

Unresolved disputes escalate to our Customer Dispute Resolution Officer for review within 30 days.

Arbitration

For disputes exceeding ₹1,00,000, both parties agree to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Court Jurisdiction

For smaller disputes or non-arbitrable matters, exclusive jurisdiction is with courts in India, preferably Delhi or user's location.

The Platform and Service are provided "AS-IS" without warranties. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for purpose.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee 24/7 availability or uninterrupted service. Maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary unavailability.

Safety Disclaimer

Vehicle operation carries inherent risks. Users assume all risks associated with vehicle rental and operation.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Specific compliance with Motor Vehicles Act 1988, Information Technology Act 2000, and Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
